Warranty

The Solo 2 comes with a 2-year warranty on workmanship and defects, an industry-leading 1-year warranty on the battery, and a lifetime warranty on the heating element. You will need your device’s serial number to be eligible for warranty work. This can be located on the bottom of the box and the base of the Solo 2. As with all of our vapes, your vaporizer is also covered by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.

Any accessories that have been used with the bundle can also be returned, but only with the vaporizer. We do not accept used accessories to be returned on their own.
